To ensure access to reserving boats for regattas make sure that the equipment permissions allow you to do so. Go to Equipment —> all Equipment select the boat you want then click on checkout permissions, make sure whoever is working on line ups has the permission to reserve that boat. Also make sure in your Regatta Planner that the boat is reserved.
