Onboarding Custom Registration Links (how to create)

To create a custom registration link, click on the “onboarding” section underneath Organization Settings. Select New Registration Link and Name your new workflow to keep track of it, Learn to Row, Novices (2023)... etc. Then hit Create Registration Link. Once the link is created, select the edit button. Then 4 options will appear.

General; this is where you can further name this link.

Users; this is where all users who use this link will appear.

Groups; This is where users who register with this link will be added to

Screens; this is where your initial registration will be. This is where you will be able to customize what information you wish to collect from the registration right away, and in what order. Screen 1 will be the first thing the user sees, so maybe you want to start with “personal details” so you would select “personal details” from the drop down section.

The options you can use for the screens are; personal details, Emergency contact, Line up preferences, home address, USRowing Membership number, profile picture, Payment method, additional contacts, and contact preferences.

You do not have to select an option for every screen. You can choose to do as many or as few as you would like.

Once you have selected all of your screens then your workflow is complete.
