One of the unique features of Boathouse Connect is the ability to send emails from your own website domain name! To authorize Boathouse Connect to send emails using your domain, you must add it from the Communications -> Settings -> Domains page.
After you have added your domain name, we will need to verify that you own the domain name. To do this, you (or someone in your organization) will need to add a TXT record to verify your domains DKIM and a CNAME record to verify the return-path. After adding the domain to Boathouse Connect, you will receive an email with instructions on how to add these two records to your domain's DNS settings.
Boathouse Connect will automatically check your domain settings every hour to check if your settings have been properly updated. You can read more about what settings need to be added to your domain name Here.
