Create Email Templates

There are certain cases that you want to automatically send a user an email, such as when the user first joins the organization,  or joins particular groups. By creating email templates, users can receive the pre-created email when those specific actions have been made.

Create an Email Template

  • Using the Organization Finder widget on your dashboard click communications →“Templates ” section.
  • Hit the “+” in the template dashboard.
  • Fill out the template.

Once the template is created, you may assign it to the group that the template was created for. It may be sent to multiple groups, and it can be edited later on if need be.
