Payment plans are an awesome solution to make your club fees a bit more accessible than large upfront payment. To create a payment plan go to Finance → Fees & Discounts, on the first page you are brought to called “Group Fees”. When you schedule a group fee, you would like to make a payment plan available, hit the blue “ Add Fee to Schedule” Button. Once you have done that then below it, where it says payment plans break up that payment based on how your boathouse offers payment plans. (Ex. 4 payments, 6 payments etc.) Enter the amount of each payment and how many days after joining each payment is due. Once that is complete, then when it’s time for your athlete to pay the fee, they will have the option to pay up front or choose the payment plan option.
